Iron armor is the third weakest armor, only giving you 125 additional health, bringing the total to 225. It can be handy on fighting players equipped with iron weapons. Iron armor slows a player down from 16 walkspeed to 14 walkspeed, so you may want to avoid chasing people with lighter armor on.
